Regardless of the manner in which coaching is initiated, we are committed to establishing and maintaining coaching relationships in a manner that guarantees confidentiality and privacy for the client.

Leadership Coaching

Our clients for leadership coaching typically into one of three categories, described below:

Emerging Leaders – individuals identified by their company as potential future leaders.

Rising Leaders – individuals who have been given significantly increased responsibilities or additional roles that require them to quickly ramp up their skills.

Developing Leaders – current leaders who may need to raise their level of performance in specific area(s) and within a specific time period.

Coaching is an excellent way to accelerate learning and development. Our coaches bring a clear sense of purpose, process and support to the coaching relationship. We are certified in numerous assessment tools which can be utilized to help you set your goals and understand your current leadership strengths and opportunities for development.

You are always in the driver’s seat in a Lighthouse Solutions coaching relationship. We are flexible to meet with you in person, by phone or even on-line, and we can adapt to your schedule and preferences.

    Career Coaching

    Few companies have yet embraced the importance and value of helping employees envision the career path(s) that they can pursue inside the organization. This is unfortunate, but individuals can (and should) determine a plan for the ongoing development of their own career. After all, you are the primary beneficiary of an actionable career plan, and your professional fulfillment is ultimately your own responsibility.

    Career Transition

    If you are a job seeker, you can trust that Lighthouse Solutions understands how daunting a job search can be, especially in the current economy. As increasing numbers of people find themselves out of work, the need to stand out in a crowd becomes more and more critical. The focus of our approach to career transition is on helping you learn to differentiate yourself from the scores of others looking for similar positions, and how to communicate that difference to the right people at the right time and in the right way.

    HR Professional Coaching

    If you are an HR professional or would like to become one, Lighthouse Solutions offers a coaching and mentoring service that can be completely customized based on your current level of experience, interests and work requirements. Whether you engage in coaching completely on your own or use us as reinforcement through your company, we stand ready to help you accomplish your work successfully and to grow in the process.

      Coaching Arrangements

      Leadership coaching is generally based on a three- or six-month contract, as change in this area develops over time and requires periodic follow-up support. Meetings are generally held once per week during the contract period, but we can be flexible to fit in with your ongoing schedule.

      Career coaching is available on a contract or hourly basis. There is no minimum commitment required. For example, if you are a job seeker, and you only need someone to look over your resume and your job search plan, then that’s all we will do. However, if you’re looking for more ongoing support, we can walk through the process with you until you’re ready to move on alone. There is no prescribed duration or structure involved. Again, you are always in the driver’s seat, and we’ll take you wherever you want to go!

      Specific pricing arrangements will be established, depending on the circumstances of each client’s needs. Companies that establish coaching contracts on behalf of multiple individuals can benefit greatly from a package rate.
